By registering and using BirdSMS.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use our platform. These terms apply to all users including regular users and referrers.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use BirdSMS. You must provide accurate registration information. Accounts with false information may be suspended without notice. One account per person — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
BirdSMS provides virtual number assignment services for receiving international OTP/SMS messages. Users are responsible for using assigned numbers in compliance with all applicable laws. Any attempt to manipulate, spam, or abuse the platform will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of earnings.
Earnings are calculated based on verified messages received on your assigned numbers. The reward rate per message is set by the admin and may change at any time. Payments are processed daily at 10:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST). The minimum withdrawal amount is as displayed in your dashboard. BirdSMS reserves the right to withhold payments if suspicious activity is detected.
The referral commission rate (5–10%) is set by the admin and may change. Commission is earned on legitimate earnings of referred users only. Referral commissions from fraudulent accounts will be reversed. Self-referral or creating fake accounts to earn referral commissions is strictly prohibited.
BirdSMS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that: violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, create multiple accounts, attempt to manipulate the earning system, or misuse the platform in any way. Terminated accounts forfeit all pending earnings.
BirdSMS reserves the right to modify rates, rules, features, or these terms at any time. Changes will be announced in advance via the official Telegram channel. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
BirdSMS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use. We do not guarantee continuous uptime or specific earning amounts. Message delivery depends on third-party IPRN providers beyond our control.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels in Bangladesh.
